We believe privacy policies should be readable. This one is written as a conversation, not a liability shield — and the posture it describes is the same one we actually operate.
When you fill in one of our forms, we store what you told us and send it to our CRM so a real person can get back to you. That is almost everything of consequence.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build behavioural profiles to retarget you across the internet. The rest of this document describes that posture in the language a lawyer would prefer.

For any privacy inquiry — correction, deletion, or question about how your data is handled — write to studio@meridian.example with the word “Privacy” in the subject. We respond in writing within five business days.
We collect information in three circumstances, and only those three:
Everything you submit through a form is routed into our customer relationship management system (CRM) where it is tagged, stored, and assigned to the partner or team responsible for replying. Depending on the form, that routing may also enrol you in an automated email/SMS sequence — a small number of messages designed to keep a multi-month engineering engagement warm. Every such message carries a one-click unsubscribe.
We never share your brief, your budget, your home details, or your timeline with anyone outside Meridian Integration Group, LLC or a contracted trade partner bound by written confidentiality.
We use a small number of vendors to run the site and the studio. Every one of them is bound by a written data processing agreement. The current list is:
We will publish the current vendor list on request, and we will notify you if the list changes in a way that materially affects how your data is processed.
Form submissions are retained for as long as we have an active or dormant-but-reasonable commercial relationship, plus one year. If you ask us to delete your record earlier, we do so within thirty days, except where we are required by law to keep a minimum record of a completed transaction.
Server logs are retained for 90 days. Analytics data, where collected with consent, is retained for 12 months.

This website is not intended for, and does not knowingly solicit information from, anyone under 16. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, we will delete it.
If we materially change this notice, we will post the revised text here with a new effective date. For substantive changes that affect how your data is handled, we will also notify you by email if we have one on file.
