How we handle your information.

When you fill in one of our forms, we store what you told us and send it to our CRM so a real person can get back to you. That is almost everything of consequence.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build behavioural profiles to retarget you across the internet. The rest of this document describes that posture in the language a lawyer would prefer.

This website is operated by Meridian Integration Group, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company registered at 112 Waterline Way, Greenwich, CT 06830.

For any privacy inquiry — correction, deletion, or question about how your data is handled — write to studio@meridian.example with the word “Privacy” in the subject. We respond in writing within five business days.

We collect information in three circumstances, and only those three:

• When you submit a form. The consultation brief, trade partner intake, careers application, and budget estimator each collect the fields shown on screen — typically name, email, phone, postal code, and the qualifying answers you provided. We do not capture anything you did not type.
• When you load a page. Our server logs record the URL, a truncated IP address, a user-agent string, and a referrer when available. We retain those logs for 90 days to diagnose performance problems and abusive traffic.
• When you consent to analytics. If you accept the analytics cookie, we use a privacy-respecting analytics provider that does not set third-party cookies and does not profile you. If you decline, no analytics data is collected.

Everything you submit through a form is routed into our customer relationship management system (CRM) where it is tagged, stored, and assigned to the partner or team responsible for replying. Depending on the form, that routing may also enrol you in an automated email/SMS sequence — a small number of messages designed to keep a multi-month engineering engagement warm. Every such message carries a one-click unsubscribe.

We never share your brief, your budget, your home details, or your timeline with anyone outside Meridian Integration Group, LLC or a contracted trade partner bound by written confidentiality.

We use a small number of vendors to run the site and the studio. Every one of them is bound by a written data processing agreement. The current list is:

• A hosting provider that runs the website and stores the server logs described above.
• A CRM platform that receives and stores form submissions and powers our email/SMS nurture sequences.
• A privacy-respecting analytics provider (only when you consent).
• Our calendar provider, used when you book a qualified consultation call.

We will publish the current vendor list on request, and we will notify you if the list changes in a way that materially affects how your data is processed.

Form submissions are retained for as long as we have an active or dormant-but-reasonable commercial relationship, plus one year. If you ask us to delete your record earlier, we do so within thirty days, except where we are required by law to keep a minimum record of a completed transaction.

Server logs are retained for 90 days. Analytics data, where collected with consent, is retained for 12 months.

At any time, you may ask us to:

• Confirm what information we hold about you, and provide a copy.
• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete your record (we will honour this unless retention is legally required).
• Stop sending you marketing of any kind — no reason needed.
• Export your record in a portable format.

Send those requests to studio@meridian.example. We do not charge for any of these actions.

This site uses one strictly necessary cookie to remember your consent preference, and — only if you accept analytics — one additional first-party cookie that stores an anonymous visitor identifier for the analytics provider. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are ever set.

You can revoke consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site in your browser settings, or by contacting us.

This website is not intended for, and does not knowingly solicit information from, anyone under 16. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, we will delete it.

If we materially change this notice, we will post the revised text here with a new effective date. For substantive changes that affect how your data is handled, we will also notify you by email if we have one on file.
