What we solve
Your home has more connected devices than a small business. It deserves a better network than one.
A modern luxury home runs 80 to 300 connected devices — cameras, shades, thermostats, audio endpoints, televisions, guest laptops, children's tablets, vendor remote-monitoring gateways, and an escalating parade of IoT embedded into every appliance. The ISP router in the mechanical closet was designed for 20.
The result is familiar: streaming stutters during video calls, cameras drop off their feeds, the Sonos endpoints lose sync. More consequentially, every one of those 300 devices sits on the same broadcast domain as your laptop — one compromised smart-fridge firmware is one step from your banking session.
How we work
Segmented, monitored, and engineered for twenty years of IoT growth.
Every MERIDIAN home runs on enterprise-grade equipment — UniFi Enterprise or Juniper Mist depending on density — with a minimum of four VLANs: primary residents, guests, IoT, and AV infrastructure. Each segment has its own SSID, its own firewall policy, and its own threat surface. An infected smart-TV cannot reach a laptop.
WiFi 7 access points are surveyed with Ekahau and placed to deliver -65dBm or better at every square foot of the home, including the primary outdoor living spaces. Wired backhaul is Cat6A or fiber — never MoCA, never powerline, never compromised.

We take cybersecurity seriously in a way that most residential integrators do not. Our designs start from a zero-trust posture. Every device is authenticated at layer 2. Every traffic flow is firewalled and logged. Every firmware is on a signed update channel or explicitly isolated. Our off-site SOC monitors your network 24/7 and will escalate anomalies to you before a news story does.
This is the quiet service — the one clients rarely think about until they need it, and the one we would never sell as an afterthought. It is the foundation on which every other discipline depends.
